NotePad++ 添加 HEX-Editor 插件 
Github 下载地址：https://github.com/chcg/NPP_HexEdit/releases，适用 Notepad7.6 以后版本。
找到 Notepad 安装目录：..\Notepad++\plugins ，在引目录下新建一个与插件一样的文件夹：HexEditor ，将 HexEditor.dll 放置此文件夹下。打开 Notepad ，设置 > 导入 > 导入插件，选择 HexEditor.dll ，完了重启 noptepad++ 即可。https://github.com/chcg/NPP_HexEdit/releases
fiddler
Python 写小工具，然后用 pyinstaller 打包，简直不要太爽了。不知不觉，已经搞了好多出来。
